Most people her age were still figuring out what they wanted to do. Thema Osadebay had already started building it — a broadcasting career at seventeen that would, over the next thirteen years, grow into one of Europe's fastest-rising Afrobeats promotions houses.

Her path began inside elite legacy broadcasting houses, working across OHTV Sky London, MTV Africa, Trace Africa and Vevo, on foundational projects alongside Bizzy Salifu and Stay Jay — sharpening, early, the instinct for what an audience actually wants.
From there, the operation expanded into Holland, France, Belgium, Turkey and England, with Thema engineering European touring routes for names including Reekado Banks, Spyro, Odumodu Blvck, Peruzzi and Iyanya.
Her orchestration of the complete ten-city Iyanya European Tour marked the moment Afro Trap Media was recognised as one of the fastest-rising cultural promoters working across the continent — thirteen years, and counting, from that first broadcast at seventeen.
